It's not.. it's sad that the court even considers the lawsuit... judge should toss her in jail for a week for wasting taxpayer resources.

I kinda agree with this, view, but in another, i don't.
Should it really be up to the court to decide what it hears and what it won't hear? To me, a court should be impartial to what it is willing to hear, they are just just enforcing the law when there is a dispute between two parties.
What i think would be better is that if a lawsuite is dismissed with prejedice, the at fault party not only pays the other parties fees, but the court fee's also.
This kinda reminds me of this trial...

I agree wholeheartedly! I have the caveat that the attorneys should be tagged harshly for any lawsuit deemed "frivolous", as they are "professionals", and should be disbarred, or put on double secret probation if they are found to be habitually "incompetent".
I didn't surrender, but they took my horse and made him surrender. They have him pulling a wagon up in Kansas I bet.

"Double Secret Probation"? Isn't that a little-known codicil in the Faber College constitution which gives the dean unlimited power to preserve order in time of campus emergency?
