    IPv4 is exhausted. What now?

IPv4 was exhausted within the last few days.

What now? IPv6 seems to be the answer, but how do you think ISPs will respond to that?

Nothing happens. It just means there are no more unallocated blocks available. Now a market for IPv4 addresses will be created.
Let's not forget that a handful of organizations holds some 25% of all addresses. and a lot of companies have big enough blocks but only use 2-3 public IPs.
