    I´m searching for a usb driver to a digital camera from "Computer Partner", with patent no 00341245.8.

    You don't indicate what version of Windows you're using, but the patent number given is claimed by Shuo Ying for their SY-2102 camera. Google brings up many possible links for this, maybe not currently valid. But the only way to discover if any of these are suitable will be to experiment with them.
