We are going to need bit more info at this point. Does the computer in question have its own hard drive, or is it a thin client? Is there a Windows operating system on it? It might be something as simple as taking a floppy out of the drive or a U.S.B. flash drive out of a U.S.B. port, as it may be trying to boot from that. But my guess is the little rugrats got into CMOS and squirreled up the settings.

I guess it may also be possible your hard drive IDE or SATA is unplugged.
Last thing I remember, running for the door,
I had to find the passage back to the place
I was before.
