    Windows Live Mail

Have a client with new Laptop, Windows 7. Transfered all the data from old PC to new Laptop. They were using windows Live mail before, So I exported the contacts and mail. Everything imported properly, no errors. However, when you look at the mail in the Inbox, you can see the mail up to 3 months back but nothing else. If you look at the bottom left, it shows all the mail is there. Am I missing a setting or what? I can not find anything related to hide older mail or show older mail.
It's not the computers that keep having problems, it's the users!!

Not sure what you mean by bottom left...

Click on the View tab-> NEW VIEW
Is the "Show all Messages" selected?

When you click on any of the folders in Windows Live Mail, in the bottom left corner of the window, you will see the count of items in that folder.

Yes the Show All Messages has been checked. Thank you for the reply.

Zonie, don't know if this will help but sounds like it may be in the same vein as your issue.
