Any sure fire way to get this? I've gone to Window Task Manager and did a end process..but a few second later it show up again..

Dont be completely surprised if it returns as this type of thing hides in you restore file.
I would also turn off system restore on C drive and download Combofix and scan
and then after you can turn system restore back on.

The way I have always done this is to turn off system Restore, then restart the machine. This erases all the restore cabinet files. Then, after you are sure that everything is working properly, turn System Restore back on, SET a restore point with a name, and you can always get back there.
