[RESOLVED] Problem using CDDVD drive
I recently purchased a refurbished comp (HPDC7900) running Windows 7. I had no problems with the unit until I tried to use my CDDVD reader (TSST Corp CDDVDW TS-H653Z) and could not find it. I ran the the windows trouble shooter from the control panel and the result showed under device status
" A Driver (service) for this device has been disabled An alternative driver may be providing this functionality
(code 32)"
I then ran a search for another driver and the answer came back that your driver is the most up to date.
I then ran The microsoft Mr. Fixit (MicrosoftFixitdvd/MATSKB.run.exe) and it said " we did not detect any problem and therefore no fixes were applied"
Any help would be appreciated
