    A WiFi Spectrum Analyzer (doesn't have to be Cisco's) can help you locate and identify _hidden_ sources of interference.

    If you'll follow along in the second video above for 15 minutes or, you'll see how they are able to zero in on the multitude of problems that would otherwise be next to impossible to identify.

    Maybe it doesn't mean too much at first sight, but think how TCP works - it typically sends a packet 3 times if there is no acknowledgement. The odds of error grow with the third power of the loss rate.
    If the app isn't built with robustness in mind, errors may just skyrocket on wifi.
    When I get there I will put the bat file on one of the offending laptops and see what happens.

    Thank you. Will see if I can find an app to assist in that and see what I can find.

    So, how'd you make out ?

    Was it firmware issue like that review on Amazon had ?
