    Malware bytes

    I purchased Malware bytes premium for 29.99 it was good for sometime until yesterday. you can double click short cut and it just sits there. will not come up.
    Last thing I remember, running for the door,
    I had to find the passage back to the place
    I was before.

    Does rebooting help?
    I would drill down to its folder and try to launch it from there...

    If that doesn't work I'd try it in safemode.

    And if it still doesn't work, uninstall it, reboot, re-download the newest version and re-install it.

    I had e-mailed malware bytes on problem with program. In there e mail was a tool to clean malware program off my computer then download newest version and with MY ID # and KEY # I am back up with premium
    Last thing I remember, running for the door,
    I had to find the passage back to the place
    I was before.

    Your talking about the chameleon that is in it`s folder? I did and it said FAILURE after trying to revive Malware bytes.

    Ya completely remove Malwarebytes from Programs and Features reboot then try installing the Chameleon
