Not Genuine
Client became infected on Windows 7 Home Premium. Removed virus scanned for malware and made sure pc was clean. Now the system when it boots up, pop-up states this is not a Genuine version. Checked System properties, states it is activated. Have the COA key on tower but no way to put in the key again. Ran the Genuine Advantage tool and it just goes to the purchase page on the web. Some what confused why this has happened. Did a google search, lot of suggestions but none I see has worked. Any help would be appreciated.
It's not the computers that keep having problems, it's the users!!
