bad connection
What can be the problem if my router looks like it is working, but still there is no connection? And how can I fix it?
Regards,
Ivy

If this is a standard router type then pull the power plug from the back, leave it sit for 15 seconds, then plug the power plug back in and see it that fixes the issue.

You may have to reboot the computer, also.
