Have you tried this:
Log in as the administrator
On the "Start" menu, click "Run”
In the "Open" box, type "msiexec /unreg", and then press ENTER.
Reboot (Shut down & restart)
On the "Start" menu, click "Run".
In the "Open" box, type "msiexec /regserver", and then press ENTER.
Reboot
