    Exclamation Category

    Using Win 10..when 10 got loaded it put my HP 7350 printer in a Unspecified category. How can I get it in the Printer Category?

    The best method is to disconnect the printer if connected to PC, then click on the device and the reinstall the software first before connecting the device. If it is on the network, Wireless, just remove and reinstall software and drivers. Make sure it has the driver for Windows 10.

    Well I tried your suggestion..When I go to install the software it stops at the point when I connect the USB printer and then Win 10 automatically installs it as a Unspecified and not a printer

    According to the HP.com page below, the HP Photosmart 7350 is not supported in Windows 10:

    Can't say I blame you as there are still issues with 10 to be resolved. Plus, there is a new anniversary update coming and I have no idea what is going to happen with this.

    I haven't upgraded myself. I think I'll hang on to my Windows 8.1 for a while more.
