    Very odd network issue.

OK, have two windows 10 pro workstations. They are in a domain network. They have a common switch between them, and there is nothing else plugged into this switch.
Workstation 1 connects to network fine. But Workstation 2 only connects if Workstation 1 is ON or OFF. If Workstation 1 is in sleep, Workstation 2 can not connect to network.
    Any ideas?
No matter where you go........there you are.
