Ethernet Doesn't Have a Valid IP

Hi, I receive this error for my ethernet connection. Nothing connects to the Internet and the troubleshooter says that "Ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration." I have tried almost all the solutions listed on different websites.
Can anyone help me out on this?
