    I just sent a screenshot to one of my friends over AIM and he couldn't see the lines that I'm talking about. I don't know if this means anything or not but I just thought I'd throw it out for you guys.

    A screenshot is a bitmap copy of the contents of the frame buffer. If this doesn't show what you see on the screen, the driver is putting the right info in the buffer, it's getting messed up after that, in the DAC or later. Since the monitor seems to be OK, looking more like the video card...

    Yea, I was afraid of that. So, what video card would you guys reccomend for a gamer for under $100. I like fps, racing, flying games so I need a decent 3d card and I am willing to order online. Thx for all your help.
