[RESOLVED] Board w/ 3dfx chip (not 3dfx board) Need Help finding Manufactuer

If anyone can help

I have a board with a 3dfx chip on it.. I called 3dfx and they said before they manufactured boards they made chips for other companies.

I have not been able to locate anything regarding this borad. Here is all the info, see if you could help me.

i WILL DESCRIBE THE BOARD TO YOU:

It is a medium size rectangular board in the center is a square orange cover that houses the chip. Around that are 8 EliteMT Chips

To be more specific, i believe you have a "maxi gamer phoenix" board, with the "banshee" chipset. these are made by guillemont, and were rated as being very good cards.
