[RESOLVED] blue screen about quarter of the screen

hi guys, have you all encounter this problem.
i don't no whether is's a video card problem or monitor but what i consider i'ts sometimes occur to me. Th blue screen is appear on the left top of my screen and fading to the right. the sizes it's may be a quarter like that. but you can still see the other icons except the my computer icon b'coz that area is totaly in blue. what you think guys?.

Ive never seen a BSOD in only a part of a monitor, so I'll say it's definatly your video card settings.
If this doesn't help then it's because your question is pretty wierd. Spelling, Grammer.
