<a href="http://www.ggmania.com/?smsid=11483" target="_blank">http://www.ggmania.com/?smsid=11483</a> was the only semi-interesting link I found outside of <a href="http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?IO=det_xp_winxp-2k_29.42" target="_blank">nVidia's</a> own release notes.

Apparently doesn't work with newer drivers.

That sounds like quite a bug! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />
I'm guessing you're dealing with this on your own system?

I don't remember where I got them, but email me if you want a copy. I have been using them for about three weeks now without any problems.
For those who want to know more about the refresh rate fix/problem that JungleMan is talking about, visit <a href="http://www.xp-refresh.net" target="_blank">www.xp-refresh.net</a> for more information.

Man - I didn't even know about this problem
I'm looking into the <a href="http://www.nvrt.net/" target="_blank">NVRefreshTool</a> as a possible workaround. It is said to work with current shipping drivers from nVidia.
Any feedback on this?

I hate 3rd party tools that should already be part of the original package
I'll have to look into this one now that I've updated to Win2k...Thanks for pointing this out!
