Microsoft says:
"Code 11
Windows stopped responding while attempting to start this device, and therefore will never attempt to start this device again. (Code 11)
For more information, look up ASD in Windows Help.
Try upgrading the device drivers for this device."

So, uninstall the device drivers, then uninstall the device, reboot.
Try a boot and let Windows find the drivers. If no luck, try and find different drivers yourself.
