Post Win XP Home Edition and ZoneAlarm

Does anyone know of any issues with these two programs??? I am running ZoneAlarm (freeware version) for now, and I am getting alot more requests than usual for programs wanting access to the net and/or server rights. Some of the programs that are requesting these rights, are not displaying their names, so I have no clue what the program is. When running WinME, I had no problems like this what-so-ever. Also, when I grant access top some programs, my net connection slows to a crawl (from a cable modem). Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks!!!!

Try doing a netstat -o. It will show you the PID of the process that are/trying to connect. Match the ID to what the task manager shows for the ID. Personaly, i don't use zonealarm.. my proxy blocks what i need.
