    Mystery Meat

I won a Hickory Farms sausage at work. (don't ask why I won a sausage)
I was snacking on it and made the terrible mistake of reading the ingredient label. Please tell me that "heart of beef" is referring to the middle part of a steak, right?

    Beef comes from cows right?

Well then I am happy to report that cows do not have hearts, at least not the ones I dated, so it must be the middle bit of steak.

    Hope this helps

Speaking of meat,.. one time my ex g/f and I decided to BBQ. So we went ot the store and picked up some meat. When we got back to my place, she opened up my meat package and took out my meat. She then proceeded to beat my meat. She said it would add flavor (I had no idea she was so good at this). That was a pretty exciting day.

Well, the good news is that "heart of beef" is probably the best beef that went into it.

The bad news is that "heart of beef" probably the best beef that went into it.

Two words, Hebrew Nation, for this type product. Smoke it yourself.

I hope none of the juice from your meat got in her eye while she was beating it.

Right, thank goodness for that. But some did squirt in her mouth. I found the sight disgusting,.. but oddly enough she seemed to like it. Weird. Never heard of anyone enjoying the taste of meat juice from a beating of the meat. But it ended up being a nice BBQ anyhow.
