Well, that looks OK - nothing outdated.
I have read that HJT doesn't play well with 64 bit systems, so that 'may' explain in many cases the list of (file missing) entries.
All I can suggest is that you stop some of the non-W7 startup programmes/services and see if that speeds things up. You are running a LOT of stuff.

That's the thing I have no idea what to turn off. Can you give me some ideas in what to turn off.

I really don't want to suggest what - you loaded that stuff.
I will say that Orbitdownloader doesn't appear to be immediately necessary at boot. In any case, msconfig works the same in 7 as in XP.
EDIT: http://www.windowsbbs.com/windows-7/...ndows-7-a.html
Look under 'startup' and under 'services' (non-7)

I have to say that those 'quick-fix' crapwares are, well, usually crapware.
You want faster, add fewer crapwares.

How/why are you running NOD32 when you have avast installed? 2 Antivirus in your computer is your first problem if you are running NOD32 on this system. Secondly get rid of these "cleaners"/"tweakers" they're genarally snake oil and can cause more problems than good when run the wrong situation or when they are run after another "cleaner" was just run. Also get rid of the toolbars that were downloaded and installed. They can run processes and updates that will slow you down not to mention cause issues.
Keep Malwarebytes, zone alarm IF you have to and pick only 1 antivirus to keep.
Finally, when you're using P2P software such as orbit downloader, limewire, emule etc. Expect slowness if they are starting when the PC starts since they're downloading and uploading in the background. Furthermore using p2p services is a great way to pick up infections from strangers.
One Script to rule them all.
One Script to find them.
One Script to bring them all,
and clean up after itself.

My Fault!. I forgot to update that. I took out Nod32 and put back avast pro
Which Cleaner do you think I should get rid of?
