    realtek driver location for rtl8201cl

    Hi, I have a Biostar MCP6P M2+ mainboard with on board phyceiver listed above. Had to reinstall Win XP Pro and now the network card (phyceiver) won't work. Is the driver embedded in the chipset package or Realtek on board audio drivers? Help please...
