Multiple printed pages combined
Hi there !
I have a client who uses winfax a lot. She prints multiple pages from an accounting software, And WINFAX combines all the pages into a single file.
Lately her winfax is not working correctly, So she tried to print multiple pages via PDF virtual printer, But it prints as multiple files and not combining the printed pages into one file.
Is there a program that can combined all the prints she sends as one file like WINFAX does ?
If not, I'll try to install a fresh copy of winfax, Which I'm not a big fan of, And as I recall gave me problems in the past.

A poster there says Microsoft Office Document Image Writer can combine the separate files into one.

Thanks CCT, But it seems that you still need to do copy/paste from several windows inorder to combine.
Will try to find new bitfax or similiar and see if it can help

HipHoper, I know you won't do this, BUT, you could suggest she hire a real person to do some of these menial things.
The advantages are;
- software doesn't expire
- there is someone to complain to/at
- you get 'additional duties as required' (I have ALWAYS liked that one)
- you actually find that more office help makes the day more 'human'

Probably a good plan on the reinstallation. With Winfax versions 7 thru 9, I think I reinstalled them for most users about once a year. 10 seemed a bit more reliable, but still a little flaky.

There are bunches of PC/FAX programs out there. I had no idea! Many offer free trials.

Well.....I formated my client computer and reinstalled winfax - and it was NOT WORKING !!! I even registered for 30$ for a site that let you download winfax tools to fix specific problems and it didn't helped !! ARRRRGGGHHHH !!!
I did find a temporary solution until my client accounting software programmer will learn how to combine several output into one. It's called PdfCreator (V. 0.9.9) and it's FREE.
What's so great about this program is that the first time you print to it's virtual printer, It has a button which lets you suspend incoming printing, and after finishing sending prints while it "waits" in the background, In one button you combine all the prints you send into ONE FILE !!! Halleluja !!! Praise the Lord !!! He can combine !!!
P.S. I think is even let you combine into other formats as well !!!
