I have been trying to run a Baldur's Gate on my system and keep running into problems. I have contacted tech support at interplay and they suggested that the problem was due to a TRIDWNW.VXD virtual device driver for my Trident 4D Wave-DX driver not being certified by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs. I have attemted downloading a upgrade for the driver from Trident but it does not correct the problem. Has anyone had the same problem with Trident products and if so what can be done?
