[RESOLVED] Wav balance always muted
The wav balance mute box is always checked when my computer starts. I believe it started doing this after I added Microsoft voice recognition. I have uninstalled it,but the program still shows in Control Panel.A problem has also shown up in Power Management. I get a code 10 message. How do I fix these Problems? I'm assuming they are related. Please help,it's driving me crazy.I tried Microsoft, but they were no help.

You can try uninstalling/reinstalling multimedia for the mute problem
and according to microsoft the code 10 is because either your motherboard doesn't support power management or its disabled in the bios
Q188981-Advanced Power Management Support Device Shows Code 10
out of the mouth of technet
