File Encryption?
How do you encrypt a single file on a network system, where the whole HD is Shared.
I have a couple of files that I don't want others on the network to be able to get into.
Win98SE (Full) , Network cards 10/100, thru a hub.

3rd party encryption software.
There was a question about Encrypted Magic Folders a few weeks ago on this board that had a link to the download. I'm not sure how well it works for networked shares.
Add a new drive and don't share it.
Put the files on a floppy / zip disk. Only share the folders that need sharing (sorry, but Win98 has no built in security on files).
