[RESOLVED] WMP 8 problems

Anytime i try to run WMP 8 it doesnt run, i checked my links and shortcuts and it doesnt seem to be the problem. Is there a way i can reinstall WMP 8?

You could try running a repair. Boot up from your CD ROM as if you were installing XP for the first time. When given the option to Install, Repair, or Exit, choose Install. The installation will look for previous installations of XP and it will find your previous installation. It will ask you if you'd like to Intall or Repair. Choose Repair. The install will run like it did before, correcting any corrupt files, except it won't reset any changes you have made since the first install, such as theme settings, favorites menu, etc. It's not like the 2K reinstall, where it renames your old Documents and Settings folder and gives you a new one.
