Hi! where can I find the drivers cannot find them on the creative website this particular set is not even listed in the list of drivers,

Took me a minute...wireless mouse right? What OS? Let me know and I'll see if I can find a driver.... XP should find it.

Both the ketboard and mouse are wireless and I'm using XP

OK, I know this is a bit lame, but have you called Creative support? They don't seem to sell this hardware in the U.S., and they have no drivers posted at all. Their support forum suggests that just about everyone who bought this KB/Mouse combo has problems with it.

I'm not going to climb up on my "Why I Hate Creative Labs" soapbox, but I think the best advice I can give you would be to return the product if possible, and buy something from Logitech or Microsoft. You know, some company that actually gives a rat's behind about customer service and support.
