    Laptop batteries

    I have a Compaq laptop with XP. awhile back my battery died, I had it plugged in on my desk with desk top. Was looking for battery replacement. The hp site was not cooperating. Used battery #`s on google found website that sold batteries. My 6 cell was $38. 12 cell was $69. I opted for 12 cell
    When I recieved it it looked like it would not fit. It did fit and the extra battery has two rubber feet. Laptop has a natural rise from back to front perfect for writing letters, It now will last 4 hours before I need to look for a power plug
    Last thing I remember, running for the door,
    I had to find the passage back to the place
    I was before.

    Great find. Laptop batteries now are usually easier bought from 3rd party places then the original manufacturer.It's usually expensive to buy from the laptop maker.
