Question DOS Virus Scanning software (tech use)

What do you think is the most effective DOS based virus scanning software out? Whenever we get a machine in for repair we always virus scan it first using DOS F-Prot. We've been using that for 2 years now, and it's getting larger every minute. We now have a 2-Disk boot set (customized by yours truely) because of the size. Any Ideas?

Norton with the signatures on diskettes, take about 3 or 4 disks, but is very effective!

I use PC-Cillian DOS for Booting from clean Win98 Boot Disk then running Virus scan. Quick run program and no problem updating files.

We use Norton's Anti-virus 2001. It boots from cd and runs.

    Cool

I use the F-Prot too but formatted the floppy to 1.6Mb so the new version all fits on one.

Among McAfee and Norton, I use F-prot 3.08. It works too and it's continually updated. I find it finds a lot of worms and viruses.

    Sunstroke.

F=Prot for my own machines, InoculateIT Personal Edition (free) for those who don't fancy downloading zip file updates ... all they've got to do is click a mouse 2 or 3 times.
