Vaio PCG-995P PCG-FX990L Can't find any drivers plz help!
Hello,
I just picked up sony vaio of the above model. It is a Korean model and seems to have 0 english docs or drivers and I am in the USA. I have been searching high and low for the audio, modem, firewire, ect drivers for this system. I have so far found video and network card drivers but that is about it. I think the boat that I am in can only be saved by someone with the same notebook or someone that can read korean and post links for me. Please reply here or email me if you have any ideas I am running win2k pro SP3 on this box.
Thanks in advance,
Phil

Thanks for the help so far I tried belarc and sadly it came up blank for the multimedia part of it and the modem. But, that got me thinking and I ran sisoft sandra which gave me a pretty detailed model number for the mother board which could help more than a little. I will still be fighting the good fight I guess.. So let me know if you have any more ideas and thanks again.

It does not detect the make of the sound board and thats the problem I dont care much about the modem i really need sound. Win update does have them either.
