World Cup-forecasting parakeet becomes sensation, picks Netherlands in final!!!
I need an animal that can predict sporting events, then I can afford to live like a king, maybe next to Ferrit's ranch...

Bwa ha ha! Our Paranormal Oracular Octopi Program is proceeding apace. Soon we boneless ones shall dominate the world of Sports Betting, use our financial might to purchase the Mediterranean and turn it into the Kingdom of Celphalopodia!
The World Cup Final did not play out as I anticipated, but I did not have a particular favorite in the match, either. Both teams were long overdue a World Cup win, but there can be only one! (Apologies to Connor McCloud)

I didn't surrender, but they took my horse and made him surrender. They have him pulling a wagon up in Kansas I bet.

Actually, Paul was but the first real-world test of P.O.O.P. and has completed his mission satisfactorily. He has now gone into double-secret protective custody and has been replaced by a look-a-like octopus. This is merely a security precaution to thwart the minions of that truculent parakeet and the throngs of disgruntled German fans, who have threatened Paul's life .
