I got a problem on DDR RAM chip : One byte in 512MB DDR chip is read randomly bad . The bad byte is almost in the middle of the RAM , at the address 0F45450D .
I fix that in the file c:\bios.ini, I hide the top of the RAM with the /MAXMEM option but now I have only 240 MB of memory...

Can the bad byte be hidden with some software or driver , like in linux OS ?
