Windows 7 recovery, can't access drivers
Hi there,
I'm trying to install windows 7 back onto my laptop (i'm using ubuntu at the moment, and i wanna go back to windows).
a friend made me a windows 7 recovery disk, it all goes okay until it says it needs to find the drivers.
I have a Compaq Presario CQ61-416SA Notebook PC, and i've downloaded the drivers from the website, however they are all .exe and when i try to get the windows recovery to read them to install the drivers they just aren't showing up.
what should i do?
which drivers do i need exactly in order to install windows 7 again?
thanks!
