 Exception errors gotta love them
Exception 06 .....in VxD MSTCP(01) ..... called in VxD NDIS(01)....
What does this mean?

Right after that error i get a Windows Protection error or a black screen error
"An Error has occured. To continue
Press enter to return to windows or
CRT, ALT, & Del to resart your machine"

can you go into safe mode? If so try to reinstall the NIC. If you have one <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Definately double check all your networking in the system,. something isnt playing nice with something else. <IMG SRC="smilies/cool.gif" border="0">
