Question msi-6380 corrupt vga at post with ddr cards

using msi-6380 motherboard ( microstar) a elsa gladiac 32 or 64 meg mx card. ddr memory get random screen corruption.

when you power system or reset about 2 in every 7 attemps give instant block type corruption kinda like the when old spectrum games load
in some cases you can still see windows loading in the background but this happens even in dos / post.
it only happens when 133 is set when using a amd athlon 266ddr 1.3ghz athlon. if you set the cpu to 1ghz its fine. tried various types of memory. various vga cards, tried latest bios.
if anyone has any usefull settings or ideas ( constructive) i be grateful.

    regards

ok... lemme see if I have this straight. You are using 184-pin DDR main memory right? What speed (PC1600 or PC2100)? If you have PC1600, this is the problem (because you are essentially overclocking it). I have seen this before with the blocks on the screen. It is almost always caused by bad memory or by running the memory over spec.
