[RESOLVED] Can't load cd-rom software onto formatted disk

I formatted my disk when getting it ready to install Windows 98. However, the Win98 Startup Disk does not contain the correct drivers for my Mediavision Cd-Rom, dated 1994. I have no way of loading the Mediavision Software contained on 3-1/2" floppies, because the "setup" command shows as a "bad file or command". HELP!!!!
