Backup sp1 updates file
I've been thinking for formating my hard drive. How do i backup my sp1 file whick i download it from microsoft updates and reuse it back? And i can't intergrate it with win200opro installation.

Mmmmmm
How about floppy disks? Span over as needed. Or got a CD burner? Zip the file to save space. Or mail it to someone (or yourself) and retrieve it after the format.

You could make a temp partition, dump the files, format your primary, then move the files back.

the win2000pro is in my secong partiton, is it's gonna easy for me 2 backup. The problem is what sp1 file should i backup and how 2 reuse it back.

The file name is sp1network.exe its 83.2 mb so I guess I wouldnt recommend spanning it on floppies. LOL

Well actualy i'm a home user and i've downloaded a 15 meg updates. I've downloaded over 3 times cause i dunno how 2 back it up.
