I've never done it with exchange 2000, but with exchange 5.5 you just put the install disk into the CD rom and follow the prompts. About the only information you should be promtped for is the server name of the server exchange is running on.
Is the exchange server on a different box than IIS?

i believe if you got the exchange 2000 add/remoce icon in control panels... and choose modify... remove OWA... reboot...
do it again... and add it. You should be good to go!
You know you want a crabby patty!!
