    ATX to AT conversion

Hello all, I want to make an extender / convertor for my ATX PSU (bench tester actually)

Just wondering if anyone has the pin outs for PSU's so I know what cables to put where...

    Thanks

Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Here ya go (halfway down) interestingly the US site has one for Dells . Why can't they sell both in both countries?

I was thinking of a site for the pinouts, but I can't remember what it is, it's a .net, technick.net, tecnik.net or something like that. Anyone know it? I've lost it from favourites.

    Re: ATX to AT conversion

LoL! Have never thought about it, because I always have few spare AT PSUs laying around ...
You can always get AT PSU almost for free doing upgrades or buying used stuffs...

However, it can be done - why not?

Don't know if you still need the info, but when it comes to pinouts Technick.net is hard to beat.

thanks, but the answer was staring me in the face all along, I have a small collection of Motherboard manuals that told me exactly what I wanted to know.. sometimes it pays to step back and rest a little....
