[RESOLVED] What order when installing DirectX

A basic question : what order should we choice when installing DirectX ? First Directx then the latest driver of graphic card ? OR the driver THEN DirectX ? Note the question is the same for sound card...

Usally when installing drivers that will check directx, it will install the driver first, then install or check directx version.
I would install the driver first.

for the most part eagle is right, however i just installed an ATI 3d ragepro on a couple of win95 boxes and it want direct X on there first then the drivers would load.

to be specific it wanted Direct X 6.o or better...
