Calling All Lurkers (Infrequent Posters)
I've notices a sharp rise in the number of people who have posted recently in the various forums that we had not heard from for a while.
Just as a proof of life, can those who have less that 200 posts and/or have signed on before 2003 confirm their existence by posting in this thread?
Maybe this will help remind some just how large the WD "family" really is and put things back in perspective for others.
All non-lurkers can take a hike - this ain't for you.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so. -Douglas Adams

I'm over your 200 post limit, but I'm primarily just a lurker. I don't post a lot, but over the last 4 years or so it hasn't been more than a week or two in between my visits. It's just that most of the time when I do post I end up with about 3 paragraphs of a rambling mess and I hit the delete button and go eat cookies instead.

I'm one...though not really a lurker. Still running the imaging biz, but from home, and changed from a corporate IT job to Marketing. That's why I haven't been around as much, busier than before, and less technical job duties.
Used to have over 500 posts...but I understand that when a new version of the UBB came online, some of those were lost. I believe [because I can't see my info as I type this] that I came on board November of 2000.
When I can get time, I'll check in...and have to admit some of the threads are hilarious! I only wish I knew "who used to be who" during all the avatar changes! It's good to see Adept, Doc and NooNoo still around, along with a ton of others.
I guess I've been around since Scott only had a wooden throne...not the platinum one he has now!

I've been hanging around a bit, but ever since my company decided I should actually do WORK around here, I haven't had time to post. Personally, I think they are being unreasonable...

I am definitely a lurker. Come out of the darkness....respond to a random thread...start ps2 vs xbox debates...that sort of thing.

Ayup. I lurk, therefore I am.
When I first joined up I answered tech questions in the other forums, but with most of the mods answering questions it eventually seemed pointless to do so. And yeesh, with Uber-Mods like NooNoo...well, I'll just stay over here in the shade and drink lemonade.
Perseverance in all matters.
