Intel 810e driver download
Working on a Asus motherboard out of a HP Pavillion, It has a Intel 810e video chipset. I am trying to find some place I can get a download of the driver for this, need it for Windows 98 also. Thanks for any help with this.

Well you're going to have to give more specifics. All HP has to say about the audio is that its AC97. How about a motherboard model or audio chipset info?

All the ASUS OEM/HP motherboards are having printed model numbers between PCI slots - find it.
And this page will help you to find drivers for your motherboard - this MB was used not only in Paviloin 512N:
http://www.elhvb.com/mboards/Intel/HP.html
According to this page, it is Asus TUW-LA ... but check it out to be sure...
What exactly Audio chipset this MB uses, you can find using Aida32 from http://www.aida32.hu/aida32-download.php

What/ and where are the #s that will help me with this? I'm pretty sure it is an Asus mobo TUW-LA ( if that makes any sence) Here are some other #'s that were on a sticker G250272-MGPHX1-A05 00832 , any where else I should look on this board? Found something on the HP websight just now, Audio 'AC97 Down ' what is this. Thanks, and sorry for all the dumb questions.

You wouldn't ask that question again, if you would try at least once mentioned in my reply hardware info utility (called AIDA32)...

Hey, but in your link it is said, what Audio chip is Crystal CS4299...
So, all you need right now, is to do seach for driver for that chip...
For example (for Win98SE) http://www.cirrus.com/en/software/dr...dio/PW4031.zip

Thanks for the quick reply Ruslan, While you were sending me a reply, I was doing all that searching around, and scratching my head. I will try your links, and advice and figure this rascal out.
