I can't be sure this works on all PC's, but i've found that downloaded patches and hotfixes are usually cached in temporary internet files, just sort by size (they're often the biggest files in there) and copy to another location.

Yes you can still do it the hard way if you wish to.
Autopatcher is updated Monthly and all you do is burn it to CD.Seems to be the easiest method.

when u extract the compressed file, check the folders, its called cd covers, pretty nicely done
