Zone Alarm Password
A user brought in a laptop that all of a sudden can't get online via cable modem. Somebody installed zone alarm and the user doesn't know the password. Anyone know of any way to reset the password without knowing it. Trying to uninstall it.
Thanks.
Enjoy.

Never tried it but first thing that comes to mind is to go into safe mode (or DOS if possible) and delete the zonealarm directory and then run a registry cleaner? Seems kinda brutish but it may work...

arch0nmyc0n is right, although the reg cleaner wouldn't be necessary according to This
