Utility To Split Files into Segments Small Enough To E-Mail
Recently, my brother wanted me to e-mail him a file that was 17 meg. That exceeds my ISP's maximum for e-mail attachments, so I downloaded the JR File Split utility at this website.

It allowed me to split the large file into smaller segments that I then e-mailed him one at a time. It also creates a small .bat file that is used to combine the individual segments back into a copy of the original file. Best of all, the utility is a simple, self contained executable, so it requires not installation.
