cannot view secure site
have a machine runnig windows 98se that has netscape 7.2 that cannot go to a secure site. it says the connection was refused. it also has IE6sp1 and that comes back with a page cannot be displayed. I put firefox 1.0 on it and it also says the conection was refused. I've scanned from dos for a virus and i've also run a online virus scan... both come back clean. I've run spybot and adaware and it still does it. I've also run system file checker and it came back as okay. Spybot was acting funny.. actually it was tea-timer. It would report blocked sites in IE even when told not to and it would also report blocked sites when it was supposedly not running. I've uninstalled spybot/teatimer and still have the problem. Any ideas would be appreciated....

Yeah and it was the mozilla suite not the firfox that did it!!! Which by the way I still like mozilla better than firefox.
