try this,

The installer keeps going but in the end it says LSP error: Could not get the PAVLSP path. Then "Error Run service PavProt Error number: -3" then Error run service Pavkre Error number: -3.
- It wont work! 
Boot into safe mode, and install Panda 2005. Not all installers work while in safe mode but it could fix your problem.
